Class Size Limitation:
The SSF Training Program maintains a limited class size to ensure quality instruction and an optimal learning environment for all participants.
Cancellation Procedure:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Marketing@ssfautoparts.com at least 10 days prior to the scheduled class date.
Refund and Credit Eligibility:
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the scheduled class date are eligible for either a reimbursement or credit towards a future class. For cancellations within the 10-day timeframe, reimbursement will only be provided if replacement attendees are secured for the cancelled spot.
Replacement Attendees:
Participants cancelling within the 10-day window must make reasonable efforts to secure replacement attendees. Reimbursement will be contingent upon successfully finding replacements for the cancelled spot.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In cases of extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, the SSF Training Program may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Participants must provide relevant documentation to support their request for consideration.
Class Cancellation by SSF Training Program:
The SSF Training Program reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be notified promptly, and options for reimbursement or credit towards a future class will be provided.
